BOOKING: All services must be reserved with a credit card.
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you MUST CALL OR TEXT BEFORE 24 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you give less than 24 hr notice or "No Show," you will be charged 100% for the service.
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, check, bank transfer, Venmo or the Cash App. Credit cards will only be used for reserving appointments. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
CONFIRMATION TEXTS: You will receive an automated text 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives you 24 hours to reschedule or cancel before the 24 hour policy takes effect. YOU are ultimately responsible for remembering your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you are late for your appointment your scheduled time will be abbreviated or cancelled so as to not inconvenience the next client. You will still be charged for the full appointment.
IF YOU ARE SICK: Do not come in and do not wait til the last minute to reschedule. Cancellation policy applies.
WEATHER: Plan accordingly. You live in Utah. There will be snow! Unless there is a an advisory saying "DO NOT DRIVE," the cancellation policy applies.
CHILDREN: Must be left at home!
